Oh goodness, Ira, where do I begin ? My brother was unfairly dismissed and when we decided to act, we were put in touch with Ira, and honestly, she is AMAZING! I cannot reccomend her enough. She had our back right from the get go and didn’t let up or back down until it was sorted. Exceptional communication, very down to earth and lovely to talk to. Took all the stress out of the whole process and got a fantastic end result in a very short time despite the lockdown!! Would send flowers if we could!
