I had a disciplinary meeting coming up at work and was a member of our union, however my rep was not available to discuss my case until the day prior to the meeting (1 week’s notice) and did not request any information from me. I was concerned and stressed as I didn’t know what to expect so called Ira.
Ira advised me that although I was a member of a union I could still use her services. She looked into my case straight away and highlighted a few issues with the allegations against me and helped me to prepare for the meeting.

Whilst still in hospital after undergoing a life changing operation which allowed me a quality of life I have never experienced, to be some kind of “normal”, my employment was terminated.
Devastated, I contacted Ira once I was able to come to terms with what had happened, and she was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process.
Ira was kind and compassionate with my situation, I was still a bit forgetful due to my operation, and communicated with my support people to ensure everyone was on the same page at all times and went the extra mile for me. She worked long nights on my case, no matter when I text her she would always respond in a timely manner.
